• Basic knowledge of hardware and software
• How to use the Windows operating system
• Computer based typing skills
• How to create letters
• How to use and navigate the internet
• Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Messenger, etc.)
• Create a Free E-mail account
• How to search for and use the resources available on the Internet (eBay, Craiglist, etc.)

This class is an invaluable for those persons over 18 years old who are looking for personal and professional improvement to find employment or a better job.
